Up where we Belong

In September 2021, the first concert following the pandemic was held in the Borough Hall in Godalming, right next to our Café. It featured the Godalming Theatre Group and friends and played two performances to good houses – if you look closely, you will see Dr Jagger giving it some rhythm (below) and, in the group shot, Andy Blagden (far left).

The two performances raised a staggering £3,800+ for the Trust and the final cheque photograph was taken in the Cellar Café later.

We are so grateful to the Godalming Theatre Group for making this event happen – most of the performers, if not all, had not appeared on stage for over two years and some were very nervous, but they were all brilliant!
