Masked May Ball at Clock Barn Hall - 2nd May 2009
The Cellar Christian CafŽ will be hosting a Masked May Ball on Saturday 2nd May 2009 at Clock Barn Hall just outside Godalming in Surrey. Clock Barn Hall can accommodate 100 guests and we will be attaching a marquee to increase capacity to 220.
Tickets are priced at forty pounds which will include a Champagne Reception in the grounds of Clock Barn Hall, Three Course Dinner and Coffee. Guests will be able to purchase good quality wines supplied by Imbibros, local wine and spirit merchants and there will also be a bar selling beer and soft drinks.
Entertainment will be provided by The Luard Trio during the Reception and there will be dancing to Sharkfin Soup later in the evening.
The focus of the evening will be the Auction of Promises and a Grand Draw as well as a game of ÔMasks on and Masks offÕ. If you feel that you have something to offer the Auction or contribute to the Grand Draw please contact Vicki Hinde Ð see below for details.
The two main objectives of the Masked Ball are to raise funds for The Cellar CafŽ and also to raise awareness of the valuable work that The Cellar Team carries out in the community.
